EPA Construction Site Stormwater Rules In Effect

Resurrecting Eden

Azzam Al-Wash could not attend but sent his research team over to present the talk. A segment on this week's 60 Minutes featured his work and shows a good amount of background and visuals of conditions from the 70s to now. The effort appears to be successful and I encourage you to watch the video.
Private Soil Science Job Listings Reach New High
Submitted by Webmaster on Tue, 10/27/2009 - 20:42After rising steadily until May, 2009, private sector job opportunities for soil scientists drifted lower until the end of August, but not really that low. Since August soil science job listings have increased strongly, reaching a new high of 34 on October 27, 2009. Previously weak, the agricultural sector is gaining strength. Environmental sector listings are now as strong as anything we have seen in the past.

SSSA: Dynamic Soil Properties
